THE EARTH has a vision to Train Graduate, Diploma Engineers, ITI pass out and Workmen providing hands-on training through real life situations.

We will be giving the trainee actual look and feel of equipment and instruments used in industry. THE EARTH programs aim to imparting ON-SITE /ON-JOB [EARN WHILE LEARN] training to various categories from Engineering to Technician level as well as worker in the field of Process Control Instrumentation & Electrical Systems.

The training Centre THE EARTH is located at Plot No. P-63, MIDC Phase II Dombivli East 421201 in Thane District of Maharashtra. Easily reachable from station by Auto.

The training programs are aligned to the ongoing nationwide ‘New India – Skill India’ initiatives, with the objective to fill the skill gaps in EPC Contracting Industry and academics to enhance quality of project works at plant sites.

During training the students will be provided with accommodation in our guest house facility. The trainees will be sent to project sites in Maharashtra, Gujarat or anywhere in India for on job practical training and the transport and stay at site will be arranged by Galaxy IEC. During site visit and stay at Guest house the students will be provided with nominal stipend to take care of daily expenses.

To begin with The Earth plans to engage students from Instrumentation and Electrical discipline and prepare them for industry by giving them exposure at the hands of expert faculties and Industry Engineers. The courses will include practical exposure in Industry environment, Core issues of engineering topics in class room and hands on - look and feel in training facility. Tailor made courses will also be offered based on the industry requirements.

Courses are ideal for Engineers, Technicians, 10th pass out and 18 years above.

THE EARTH has an understanding with its stake holders GALAXY IEC INDIA PVT. LTD. And it’s associates to provide ON JOB training on their project sites. With these arrangements THE EARTH will ensure that deserving and willing will be placed appropriately. Students will have choice in this matter.
